- 500 g of large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish


1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter and olive oil. When the butter is melted, add the garlic and cook for about a minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
2. Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are pink and cooked through.
3. Transfer the prawns and the garlic sauce to a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
