Soy salmon steak with sambal salad

- 4 salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 4 cups of mixed greens
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of sambal oelek (or any spicy chili sauce)

- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder and ginger powder.
- Place salmon steaks on the prepared tray and brush with half of the soy mixture. Reserve the remaining sauce for later.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
- In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens, cilantro, lime juice and sambal oelek.
- Divide salad among four plates and top with salmon steaks. Drizzle with the remaining soy sauce mixture and enjoy!
