How do I start a Subscription?

In order to start a subscription, go to the product page for the flavor(s) you'd like to 'subscribe & save'. 

Rather than selecting "one-time order," select "subscribe & save". Once you select this option, you can change the frequency of your recurring order (it defaults to every 30-days). 

Then, add the product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Voila! You have signed up for a Chomps subscription! Subscriptions can be managed with the unique link that will be emailed to you upon subscribing, but we recommend creating an account for easier subscription management.

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you're logged-in to your account, you can click on the manage subscriptions button in the upper right corner (for desktops).If you're on a mobile device, select the "order history" drop down and choose "manage subscription". From there, you can edit your address or payment method, skip your next shipment, swap flavors, change delivery frequency, and/or apply discount codes (including rewards!).

What are the benefits of having a subscription?

Have your snacks on your terms and FREE SHIPPING. Never worry about running low on your favorite meat snacks and get 10% off every subscription order. If you are a loyalty member, you will also get 1 point for 50 spent on your reccurring order (if you have a Chompian reward status, you get 2 points for every100!).

Adding a Product AND A Discount to Subscription

To add an item to your current subscription:

1. Log into your Chomps account

2. Select "Manage Subscription" 

3. Select an active subscription

4. Select "Add product"

5. Choose your pack size and frequency and hit "add product" again- your new addition will automatically ship with your next scheduled subscription, unless you schedule it otherwise. 


To apply a promo code to your subscription:

1. Select an active subscription*

2. Scroll down to the bottom (left**) and click "apply discount"

3. Enter the discount code and select "apply" ****

Discounts applied to one product will apply to all products shipping the same day**Instructions vary slightly on mobile versus desktop, please send us a chat with any questions you may have!***Applied discounts will only apply to one recurring order, while the 10% subscription discount will remain active on every recurring order.

What is ZestBites' return policy?

At ZestBites, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Chomps product you purchased from Chomps or one of our authorized sellers in the India, we’ll send you a replacement product, let you try another product, or provide a refund (if purchased through ZestBites or Amazon) within 45 days of purchase.

Please contact us with your information including name, order number, mailing address and reason for the return. If it's a manufacturing defect, we require that you send us photos of the damaged/defective product. For full terms and conditions and more information, please see our satisfaction guarantee.

How long will it take for my ZestBites to ship?

Do you ship internationally?

ZestBites is currently shipping within the India. and select U.S.UK online retailers such as Amazon & Natura Market.


How much does Zestbites charge for shipping?

All orders over Rs.999 will receive free shipping*! You can also sign up for a subscription and get free shipping on every order, every time. Orders under Rs.999 will be charged a Rs 69 flat rate shipping fee. It's just like picking up Chomps in your local grocery store except we bring them right to your door!
